Make OVERTAKE.com Your Home Page
Here's what to do:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6beta, 5.x and 4.x
- Click http://www.overtake.com to go to our homepage. OVERTAKE® will open in a new browser window.
- Resize and drag that new browser window to a location such that you can see these instructions. Or you can alternate between the two browser windows by clicking their icons in the taskbar at the bottom of this browser window.
- In that new browser window, click on 'Tools' (Internet Explorer 6 and 5.x) or 'View' (Internet Explorer 4.x)on the menu bar.
- Click on 'Internet Options.'
- Select the 'General' tab.
- Click the 'Use Current' button under 'Home Page' and then click 'Apply.'
Netscape 6
- Click 'Edit' on the menu bar at the top of the window.
- Select 'Preferences...' from the bottom of the pull-down menu.
- Select 'Navigator' from the left hand pane.
- In the 'Home Page' panel, click the 'Use Current Page' button.
- Click OK.
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Click 'Edit' on the menu bar at the top of the window.
- Select 'Preferences...' from the bottom of the pull-down menu.
- Select 'Navigator' from the left hand pane.
- Click on the circle next to "Home Page" in the top right box.
- In the 'Home Page' box, type our URL http://www.overtake.com in the text entry box.
- Click OK.
Netscape 3.0
- Click 'Options' on the menu bar.
- Click 'General Preferences.'
- Select the 'Appearance' tab.
- In the 'Startup' section, click the 'Home Page Location' button.
- In the 'Startup' section, type our URL http://www.overtake.com in the text entry box.
AOL 6.0
- On the Settings menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
- In the Organization section of the Preferences window, click Internet Properties (WWW).
- In the Home Page section of the General tab, click the 'Use Current' button.
- Click OK.
Older AOL Web Browsers
- Add Starting Page as your start page by clicking 'Preferences'
- Change the Home Page location to our URL http://www.overtake.com
OVERTAKE.com will now be your home page.
